Micro-champagne house on only 6 hectares. The Gauthier family has been making champagne for three generations. Serge Gauthier and his wife Jacqueline Christophe founded the winery in 1988. Today the farm is run by Laurent and Cathrine.
They have 2.5 hectares of Chardonnay land, 2.5 hectares of Pinot Noir land and 1 hectare of Pinot Meunier land. They produce Grand Cru champagne. The vines are, on average, 30 years old. All wines are produced directly on the farm and from their own fields. It gives them total control over the expression they want in their wines. The entire production in both the field and the basement takes place according to sustainable methods. The annual production is approx. 40,000 bottles.
