Ingredients:
• Potato ½ cup
• Carrot ½ cup
• Apple ½ cup
• French beans ¼ cup
• Green peas ½ cup
• Mayonnaise ½ cup
• Cream ½ cup
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Lettuce to garnish
Process:
• Boil potato, carrot, French beans and green peas for 3-4 minutes
• Mix mayonnaise, cream, salt and pepper in different bowl and prepare a dressing or (mix all the ingredients together)
• Mix all the fruits, vegetables, and dressing together.
• Prepare a bed of lettuce leaves and plate the salad with a tomato rose on the top.
