Today Tim reviews Scott Family Estate Pinot Noir from California. Aged in French oak for 8 months and it is 100% Pinot Noir with a nice thick texture from aging the grapes on the vine a little longer. A bit of blackberry and smoke on the noise. A lot of cherry on the palate with a heavy body for a Pinot and some smoke and floral comes through. Soft and smooth finish. Cheers!
