Today I am sharing a Homemade Croissant Recipe. This simplified croissant, they’re light and airy. Soft, buttery, and deliciously authentic, yet so easy to make!

Here the ingredients
Ingredients for the croissant dough
*140 g Water
*140 g Whole milk (temperature room)
*12 g Instant dry yeast
*500 g All purpose flour (extra for dusting)
*55 g Sugar
*12 g Salt
*40 g Soft unsalted butter
Other ingredients
*200 g Unsalted butter for laminating (freeze)
*1 Egg + 1 tsp Water for the egg wash
*50g All purpose flour for dust.

Instructions
Step 1
+combine the ingredients for the dough together
Rest for 1 hour.
+I add warm water at corner of tray because my home 10c
then put in the oven.
+Into 30 minutes of rest the dough 1 hour
rolling the butter until it’s about 17 cm x 17 cm
refrigerate.

1 Hour later
Add butter from refrigerate.

Step 2
+Rotate then rolling pin pound the dough until it’s about 20 cm x 30 cm
Fold then cover with wrap and refrigerate 30minutes.

+Rotate then rolling pin pound the dough until it’s about 20 cm x 50 cm
Fold then cover with wrap and refrigerate 30minutes.

+Rotate then rolling pin pound the dough until it’s about 20 cm x 50 cm
Fold then cover with wrap and refrigerate 30minutes.

Rotate then rolling pin pound the dough until it’s about 20 cm x 80 cm
-Cut some part that I not want ^^
-Cut every 10 cm on bottom line
-Cut every 10 cm on the top but start from 5 cm
-Cut way will end up with triangles

Step 3
+cut little bit on bottom
Stretch and roll the dough very tightly.
+Proof the croissants at room temperature (about 24ºC – 27ºC)

Step 4
+Apply egg wash

+Let’s Bake

+Baking the croissants 20 minutes or until it turn to golden, brown.
