In this video we have shared recipe of “Chatpate Jimikand French Fries.” This is fasting special recipe which you can make very easily during Navratri fasting. In each bite you will find chatpata taste of the masala. You can enjoy these fries along with tea.

TIPS
1. Make sure that you boil the yam first along with some salt and lemon juice to avoid irriation in your throat.
2. Make sure that you make equal size cutting of fries so that they look good while presenting.

SENDA NAMAK 1 TBSP
OIL FOR FRYING
INGREDIENTS FOR CHATPATA SEASONING
SENDA NAMAK 1/2 TSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSP
DRY MANGO POWDER 1/2 TSP
LEMON JUICE 1 TBSP
