Ingredients:
– Potatoes 1kg
– Water 1 litre + 1 litre
– Salt 1 Tbsp
– Butter 1/4 Cup
– Wheat Flour 1 Tbsp
– Milk 300 ml
– Corn Starch 2 Tbsp + 3 Tbsp
– Cheddar Cheese 100 gm
– Tabasco Sauce 2 Tbsp
– Plastic bag
– Cooking Oil 3 Cups
– Crushed Parsley
– Chilli Flakes 1/4 Tsp
– Chat Masala 1/2 Tsp

Directions:
– Peel the potatoes
– Add 1 litre water in potatoes
– Cut potatoes into fries
– Soak fries into cold water
– Add 1 litre Water in a pot
– Preheat water
– Add fries
-Add Salt
– Bring them to boil for 10 minutes
– In the meantime add butter in frypan
– Add wheat flour
– Add Milk
– Add Corn Starch 2 Tbsp
– Add Cheddar Cheese
– Add Tabasco Sauce
– Your Sauce is ready in 10 minutes
– Pat dry the boiled fries
– Add fries in Plastic bag
– Add Corn Starch 3 Tbsp
– Shake well in bag to evenly mix starch
– Add cooking oil in pan
– Add boiled fries
– Cook for 15 Minutes
– Serve fries in plate
– Add Crushed parsley and chilli flakes on sauce
– Your Crispy French Fries are ready to eat

– Paani garam kar lain
– Chips daal lain
– Namak daal lain
– 10 minutes kay liye boil kar lain
– Utni dair frypan ma makhan daal lain
– Gandum ka atta daal lain
– Doodh daal lain
– Corn Starch (Makai ka Safoof) 2 Tbsp daal lain
– Cheese (Paneer) daal lain
– Tabasco Sauce daal lain
– Apki Sauce 10 minutes ma tayar hojae g
– Boil ki huin chips ko kapry sa Khushak kar lain
– Plastic k lifafay ma chips daal lain
– Corn Starch (Makai ka Safoof) 3 Tbsp daal lain
– Mix karny kay liye lifafay ko achi tarhan hilaen
– Bartan ma Cooking oil daal lain
– Boil ki hui chips daal lain
– 15 Minutes kay liye pakaen
– Tayar chips plate ma daal lain
– Sauce par Parsley (Ajwain Kharasani) k pattay or Kutti laal Mirch daal lain
