Recipe:
3 eggs
150g sugar
1/2 lemon zest and juice
50g milk
200g cake flour (150g all purpose + 50g potato starch)
8g baking powder / half a sachet
100g melted butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
– Let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour till overnight.
– Bake 7 min on 220 degrees celsius on the lowest tray.
– Store leftover cake/dough 2-3 days in an airtight container.
