Around Texas with Chancellor John Sharp – Season 1 Episode 3
When we think about Texans’ favorite adult beverages, images of Lone Star or Shiner might come to mind. But we also have a thriving wine industry in Texas — and a growing liquor-making scene too.
In episode 3 of Around Texas with Chancellor Sharp, we’ll meet some interesting Texas winemakers and a Texas A&M doctoral student who is working to create a pure Texas whiskey.
The wine and spirits industries are thriving in Texas these days, and with the help from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, Texans are producing some excellent wines and whiskeys.
