Very easy recipe! Super delish soup with savory onions, croutons, and melted cheese!
Ingredients:
6 onions (mixed, white and red)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
64 oz beef broth
2 clove garlic
1/3 cup white wine
1 tsp thyme
2 bay leaves
8 slices of French bread
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
