This Deep Fryer works as expected. The lid needs to stay in place to maintain heat between frying. It does have some sharp edges than should be filed down. Overall we are very happy.
This deep fryer is nice easy to use and keep clean. One thing I find is that the deep fryer take more the a half hour to bring the oil to temperature and the elements do not bring the oil to a temperature of 360 degrees.
Works real good would recommend this product easy to clean with drain spikid
Does anyone know where a little clip goes. I had one lose in the bottom of the pan. It looks like it would fit over one of the coils. But not sure why and did anyone get a book to show what temp.
to set like for cooking french frys are chicken. I received no instructions at all.
Was impressed ,fried chicken came out better then most store bought ,French fries were the best ,easy clean up also
I have to say the manufacturer stood by this product. The first one came in damaged and the manufacturer had a new one in the mail with in a few days. The fryer cooks good and temperature is accurate.
This is the best fish cooker I’ve used
So far i gotta give it 5 stars. its actually commercially used in our restaurant. The drain makes it easy to empty, although i think if the tub came out it would make for easier cleaning none the less works fine.
Going 2 months strong 6 days a week 10 hours constantly on. So for now it gets a passing rating will update if something changes.
Nice large capacity cooker – but absolutely no instructions, or manual, or info of any kind came with it. It also leaks a small amount of oil around one of the legs/feet every time it is heated up.
Takes quite a while to get to temperature as well, but thats a lot of oil to heat up. As for cooking the food – it does an incredible job – I can cook 4 large catfish filets all at once, and beaucoup chicken wings!
The spout makes draining the oil very easy, just make sure you keep a bunch of large plastic containers to collect the oil in (I use empty cat litter containers).
I really enjoy this fryer and the ease of cleaning and filtering the oil.
