Today I’m going to show you how to make quick and easy French onion chicken thighs. This is an easy lunch and dinner recipe that will take 30 minutes to prepare. Healthy chicken thigh and onion recipe that is so tasty that will make you fall in love. It will be the star on your dining table. Also you can make this into French onion soup if you add more stock.

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Salt, pepper, and thyme
Olive oil, butter
1 large onion
1.5 cups of chicken or beef stock
2 Tbsp of flour
Swiss cheese
Green onions

Steps;
– Marinate the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and thyme
– Fry for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown
– Same pan, add olive oil (3 Tbsp) and butter (1 Tbsp)
– Add 1 large onion
– Add flour (2 Tbsp) to thicken up the broth
– Add more salt, pepper, and thyme
– Bring the broth to a boil
– Add chicken back in
– Simmer for 20-30 minutes
– Add swiss cheese and let it melt down
– Sprinkle green onions
– Serve!
