Ingredients:
Thinly sliced pork meat (hosogiri buta niku-細切り豚肉)
Winter cabbage (hakusai- 白菜)
Ginger (shouga-生姜)
Kimchi (kimuchi-キムチ)
Japanese 3sets of seasoning: cooking rice wine(ryouri shu -料理酒)Mirin (みりん)Soy sauce (shoyu-醬油)
Dashi for umami (dashi-だし)
sesame seed oil (goma abura-ゴマ油)
water (mizu-水)
Procedure:
Arrange the winter cabbage consecutively, placing thin slices of pork meat after one leaf to another another you fill your pan.
Add the seasonings altogether including the water.
Sprinkle ginger on top
Put on a slow heat .
When soup come out, it is ready!
