Today, I bring you a “Nutella” Crepe Recipe that has been simplified and it’s amazingly delicious! You will only need a couple of ingredients place them in you blender and you will get the same result as a French crepe without the need of special crepe tools! Besides it is a healthy version without the sugar, butter or flour and it is low calories and low carb! Ohh, but just as good! ENJOY
Crepes
• 2 tbsp Oat Flour
• 2 tbsp Whey Protein
• 1/2 tbsp Stevia
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 Egg
• 3 Egg Whites
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
• 1 tbsp ChocoHazelnut Spread
• 1 tbsp Almond Butter
• 1 Sliced Banana
• 3 Sliced Strawberries
Instructions
1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender.
2. Then blend until you have a homogeneous mixture
3. Pour crepe batter in your hot greased (with coconut oil) skilled and swirl until you have a uniform coated skillet
4. Wait until the sides starts to separate and flip carefully
5. Decorate with bananas, strawberries, almond butter and chocolate hazelnut spread.
6. This recipe makes 2 to 3 servings depending on the side of your skillet.
