6 Onion (sliced)
32 oz. Beef Broth
1/2 cup Red Wine
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Butter
2 Garlic clove (minced)
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pepper
Salt

Topping:
4 Slices Texas Toast (toasted)
4 Slices Provolone Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella
Butter

Slice Onions, heat oil in pot on Medium heat and add Onions. Stirring frequently, after 10 min add 2 tbsp butter. Stirring every 4-5 Min scraping the browned bits. After 40 Minutes add the Garlic, continue cooking for 5 Minutes. Add Red Wine, Worcestershire Sauce, Thyme, Beef Broth, Pepper and Salt. Cover bring to boil. Add Bay Leaves and simmer for 35 Minutes.
Butter Bread on both sides and toast in Oven @ 375° for 8-10 Minutes.
Fill bowls with Soup, top each with a slice of bread, provolone cheese and a handful of Mozzarella Cheese. Place in Oven @ 500° until Cheese is melted.
