Ingredients:
Macaron shell:

Powdered sugar – 70 g
Granulated sugar – 54 g
Egg white (room temp) – 54 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Buttercream filling:
Butter (room temp) – 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 1/4 tsp
Heavy cream/ milk – 1/2 tbsp
Icing:
Powdered sugar
Egg white
Vanilla extract
Food coloring
