French Style Sipping Chocolate is a rich, thick hot chocolate drink. This chocolate drink is thicker than traditional hot chocolate but thinner than a chocolate fondue sauce.
Low Carb Keto French Style Sipping Chocolate
2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Swerve
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 oz 70% or 80% Chocolate
In a medium size saucepan, heat almond milk, heavy cream, brown sugar swerve, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Do not allow milk mixture to boil.
Once the milk mixture is heated, add chocolate and melt chocolate.
Once chocolate has melted and mixed in, serve and enjoy.
If Sipping Chocolate is too rich, add 2 to 3 Tbsp of Sipping Chocolate to 1 cup milk of choice.
