✅Take 5 k.g potatoes.
✅peel off the potatoes .
✅cut them.
✅wash with water 3 times..
✅drain the excess water
✅Sprinkle 400grm corn flour to 5 k.g potatoes.
✅ Fry for 2 to 3 mints untill 70% cook.
✅Spread onto a tray,untill cool.
✅ Freez them over night
✅Take out from freezer and fry them in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes ,untill fully cooked and crisp.
