Yes, you can make Brie at home, for a fraction of the cost you’d pay at a grocery store. One gallon of milk makes about a pound and a half of cheese. I use a mini fridge that has a temperature control for about $40 to use as my “cheese cave”, you can also use a wine refrigerator for ageing cheese.
