DeDos, a fine dining restaurant with an Asian-inspired French cuisine offers one of the best dining experiences in Phuket. Chef Pablo Blattman grew up in La Paz, Bolivia with a Swiss mother and Bolivian father. The two cultures offered him an insight in different universes of flavors. Passionate about Asian culture and food, he soon discovers the scents of Japanese and Thai cuisine, which influence his creations today.
The restaurant is located on the west side of the island, conveniently situated just before Laguna entrance in Tinlay place, Cherng Talay. This small, but intimate venue, is set in a two-storey building. The intimate interior has a black and white theme with red accents and is simple yet stylish and cosy, offering indoor and outdoor dining facilities.
