Ninja Foodi “NeverStick” Pan – Easy EggNog French Toast Recipe

To make this unique and easy French toast recipe I am using the Ninja Foodi NeverStick 10.25″ fry pan which can hold 2 slices of this french toast at once. The ingredients list and recipe instructions for this brioche eggnog french toast recipe is below.

EggNog French Toast Recipe:

2-4 Slices Brioche Bread
1/2 Cup Egg Nog
1-2 eggs
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Butter

Toppings(Optional)
Whipped Cream
Sweet Coconut Flakes
Pure Maple Syrup
Fresh Slices of Fruit

First, slice your French Style Brioche loaf of bread into 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch slices. Next, into a wide shallow bowl combine Egg Nog, eggs and cinnamon. Beat mixture to combine. Dip bread in egg mixture but do not let soak and turn to coat both sides evenly. Using a lightly buttered nonstick skillet set to medium heat cook each side of the french toast until browned on both sides, this should only take 1-2 minutes per side. Remove the toasted bread from the skillet, sprinkle some sweetened coconut flakes and dust with powdered sugar. Finish it off with a generous amount of “real” maple syrup and some whipped cream. This egg nog french toast recipe is great for breakfast, midnight snack or as a decadent dessert. Enjoy.
