1 Michelin star restaurant that deserves more than than, I believe, but who cares about the stars when you get to meet Stars 😉

I find it interesting that sometimes, foreigner chefs can make French food that tastes more French that the French chefs who live abroad make it 😉

Chef Tobias Gensheimer is German but impressed me by its knowledge of French food and classic flavors. I loved how he integrated Japanese ingredients to this menu.

Another place to visit again when I will be back in Osaka!

And of course, a big thank you to Michaël Adjoute, the assistant manager, who is very dedicated and serves wine like no one else, as well as the dishes. Your grace is remarkable Michaël!
