Ingredients

Unsalted butter – 100 grams (1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons)
Sugar (measured and powdered) – 100 grams (1/2 cup )
Vanilla – 1 teaspoon
Eggs – 2
Apples – 2 no
Plain flour- 120 grams (1 cup )
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Granulated sugar- 1 teaspoon
Icing sugar – for dusting

Bake in a preheated oven at 180•c for 20 to 25 minutes.

Pan size – 7 inch
