Today’s recipe which I have shown you is chocolate French pancakes, crepes. A crêpe or crepe is a type of very thin pancake. Crêpes are usually of two types: sweet crêpes and savoury galettes. It’s even known as French Pancakes. We have made here cocoa crepes. It is not as hard as you think, if you be careful about some steps. Like getting the eggs bubbly and adding the milk gradually, and you will have the perfect french crepes! You can serve them sweet or salty, fill them with anything you want: Nutella, cheese, bananas, berries or simply just powder sugar. Crepes are the most lovely thin pancakes that can be filled with sweet fillings, or enjoyed all on their own with a bit of powdered sugar and lemon. Serve them hot while having a cup of hot chocolate.
