Eggnog Croissant French Toast Casserole
8 large croissants torn
5 large eggs
1 3/4C eggnog
1 Tbls vanilla
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tbls cinnamon
2 C candied pecans
Toppings
Powdered sugar
Whipped cream
Syrup
1. Tear apart croissants
2. Mix all wet ingredients and whisk
3. Pour over croissants and mix thoroughly
4. Pour into greased baking pan
5. Bake covered with foil for 15 minutes at 350° F
6. Uncover and top with pecans then bake another 25 minutes uncovered at 350° F
7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
8. Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream and syrup.
