Today we got to check out the wonderful chef Remi Sobra and his shop Chez Gilbert.

A wonderful story of artisan-style food, French-style homemade produce and a great selection of wine wrapped around family recipes and rural France.

The shop produces some of the best foie gras I have had in the city as well as Devine sausages, Pate, Cheese boards and sandwiches to die for.
