I finally got around to fully showing off my love of onions! For this episode of Quarantine Kitchen, I make my classic French Onion Soup. #FrenchOnionSoup
I got these oven-safe bowls at Crate And Barrel but you can find them at Target or on Amazon. They are essential for making this soup taste its best.
Ingredients:
At least 6 onions (many recipes will tell you to use all white onions, or all yellow onions, or all red onions but I encourage using different kinds of onions)
Beef stock
Salt & Pepper
Gruyere cheese
Thyme
Sugar
Olive oil
Butter
Bay leaves
Dinner rolls (in case you don’t have a baguette)
White wine
Garlic, garlic, garlic

1 big cooking pot
