TripAdvisor has selected the top 25 fine dining restaurants in 2018, globally.
According to Business Insider, the rankings were determined over a 12 month period, based on an algorithm that assesses the quality and quantity of reviews on the travel website.
TripAdvisor’s top pick for 2018 is Au Crocodile in Strasbourg, France.
Business Insider describes, “Dishes on the menu include roasted fillet of venison, beets, and pepper sauce; pike perch poached, potato mousse, and sauerkraut extraction.”
