Recipe ingredient amount. this makes 10 servings You can double the recipe if you need to depending on how many servings you want
2 packs thin slim impastable low carb pasta penne
1 lb 90 or 93% lean grass fed ground beef
4 spicy Italian pork or chicken sausage (remove the casings)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves of garlic finely minced
1/2 cup of finely diced onions
1 cup of red or green bell peppers (diced finely)
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp (or half if you don’t want too much heat) cayenne pepper
1/2 Tbsp Louisiana Cajun seasoning or any Cajun Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp tomato chicken bouillon powder or poultry seasoning
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 Tbsp complete seasoning
1/2 Tbsp herbs de Provence
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried basil & oregano
1 1/2 cup Rao’s tomato & basil pasta sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp tomato pesto sauce (get a good quality don’t skip this step.)
2 tsp no sugar added ketchup
1 tsp Swerve Brown sugar
4- 5 leaves of fresh basil (ripped not chopped)
Roux ingredients & amount
4 Tbsp of unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves finely minced
1/4 cup onions finely diced
8 0z heavy whipping cream
1 tsp of poultry powder or 1chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 white ground pepper
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
4 dashes (about 1/2 Tbsp) of Tabasco hot sauce (must be Tabasco its the only one that adds that unique flavor)
2 fresh stems of thyme leaves ONLY 2
1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese
1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese
Top pasta with
½ cup of fresh grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup of Gouda cheese
¼ Gruyere cheese
Bake at 370 covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes
Sprinkle of fresh parsley for garnish
Let it rest 15 minutes before cutting and eating 😋😋
