French Toast Casserole
Who wants to stand around and make individual slices of French toast? Well now you don’t have to! Just bake all the ingredients in one pan! And you can make it the night before and pop it into the oven the next morning! Its crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside and topped with a delicious crispy streusel topping! Your Family and Friends are going to love it. You can also freeze the leftovers into squares and microwave for a quick breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 16 oz loaf of French bread…cubed
1 cup chopped pecans
8 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 T vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Streusel Topping:
4 T softened butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
