Hello and welcome, today on D&D we’re making a couple foods from Further Confusion (“Fur Con”)! We’re making crepes as a homage to those found at “whispers,” and kimchi French fries mimicking those seen at “Boba Bar!” Do you have any memorable foods from your own convention experience? Comment them if you’d like!
The recipe for the Crepes (without garnish) are as follows:
-1 can coconut milk
-1/3 cup orange juice
-2 egg yolks
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup flour
-1/3 cup sugar
-1/4 tsp nutmeg
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-2 beaten egg whites at stiff peaks
The water solution to 2 chopped potatoes is stable of salt mixed in 1/2 cup of vinegar and a cup and a half of water, this yields two potatoes. Otherwise, the fries are fried in vegetable oil, and garnish with sea salt, shredded Colby Jack cheese, kimchi, and sour cream.
