Floor hamstring curls time under tension (3×20)
Seitan recipe: (makes 6 servings)
– In a bowl combine 300g vital wheat gluten, 30g nutritional yeast, and spices of choice.
– Add about half a cup of water and half a cup of soy sauce
– Knead into a dough for 3-5 minutes
– Cut into small chunks and place into a pot with boiling water
– Simmer for 30min
– Store in a Tupperware submerged in the water you used to cook the seitan in
