This dish is considered french delicacy.The escargot is sizzled in oven and flavored with butter and lots of garlicky flavor. This was my first try of cooking snail and tasting it. it has smell same as other seafood and baked escargot gives soft and slight crunchiness.
It takes 15 min to bake at 450F and 20-30 min to prepare for 2 servings.
