INGREDIENTS

Almond fries:
100g ground almonds (1/2 cup)
3 tsp xanthan gum
6 tbsp hot water
Coconut flour fries:
50g coconut flour (1/4 cup)
3 tsp xanthan gum
7-8 tbsps hot water

Notes:
1. You can bake these fries at 200-degree Celsius (400-degree f) for 20 min, on halfway through you can flip them and put them back into the oven.
2. As mentioned in the video you can freeze these fries in the freezer for up to 4- 6 weeks. (How to do that I have mentioned it in the video)
3. Season them immediately once they are fried/ baked, this way seasoning will nicely be coated around your fires.
My recipe yielded 2 cups of servings and macros for both servings are as mentioned below.
