Hearty French Dip Sandwiches with Au Jus | Instant Pot Meals | Meals for Winter
These sandwiches are by far my favorite recipe I make in my Instant Pot. You will need:
a chuck roast that is around 2.5 lbs
1 can beef broth
1 yellow onion
1-2 bay leaves
sub rolls
butter
garlic
flat leaf parsley
red wine
olive oil
salt
pepper
provolone cheese
horseradish and/or mayonnaise for serving
