French President Emmanuel Macron is on a three-day visit to China, during which he is expected to attend the second China International Import Expo in Shanghai. His second visit to China since taking office, Macron seeks to take new strides for better cooperation on climate, trade, and agriculture. This year marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. Ahead of the state visit, the leaders of both countries have pledged to maintain multilateralism and face global challenges together.
