#Mayonnaise , a french recipe, may take less than 10 minutes , to make at home. It is simply an emulsion of oil & egg, with a little acidity and salt added to brighten the flavors.
Ingredients
Egg White of 2 eggs(at room temperature )
Sunflower oil -1/2 cup
Garlic -1 piece
Salt-1 pinch
Pepper powder-2 pinch
Sugar -2 pinch
Vinegar -1 spoon
Method of preparation
1.Separate the egg white, it is important to do this thoroughly, even a speck of yellow is not good.
2.In a small jar, add egg white, 1/2 cup sunflower oil, sliced garlic, salt, pepper powder, sugar & vinegar.
3.Close the lid and whip well until the mayo becomes thick.
4.Now, we get the perfect tasty homemade mayo.
