Autumn, time to harvest fruits in the garden. So I have cooked for today a French inspired meal with Veal filet, fresh apples & onions. This main dish can be served with fresh Baguettes or white toast bread and also dry white wine or Rose wine. Bon Appétit!

Ingredients:

600 g Veal filet
1 big Onion
2 Apples
3 pcs of dry bay leaves
1 tsp dry Parsley
250 g Bacon
150 ml white wine
200 ml Boullion
powder sugar
1 Tbl spoon of Butter
Vegetable Oil for frying

Preparation time 50 minutes
