Über 1.000 Experten verkosten im Rahmen von Blindproben für den größten französischen Weinführer jedes Jahr ca. 40.000 Weine, etwa 10.000 davon werden in den Führer aufgenommen mit den Noten ohne Stern, erwähnt (gelungener Wein, * (äußerst gelungener Wein), ** (bemerkenswerter Wein), *** (herausragender Wein). Und nur ganz wenige – nur die allerbesten – erhalten nach nochmaliger Verkostung durch eine mehrköpfige Jury das Prädikat Coup de coeur.

Ein Muss für alle Sauvignon-Liebhaber. Dieser weiße Bordeauxwein hat alles vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Die Farbe ist elegant, brillant und klar. Die Nase verbindet intensiv weiße Früchte mit exotischen Früchten. Der Gaumen folgt der gleichen aromatischen Linie und ist reichlich, voll, rund, seidig, mit all der Frische, die nötig ist, um Ausgewogenheit, Länge und Dynamik zu bringen.
