I love this French crêpe recipe. I have been using it for years. And it contains a secret ingredient to give it extra flavor.

As a kid born and raised in France my mom used to make crêpe often at home. We even have a national day for crêpe (La Chandeleur) on February 2nd. We usually eat them sweet. And for the savoury version she would make the batter with buckwheat flour. Very traditional of the north of France.

How do you like your crêpe ?
