I was a little delayed tonight, but I came through with another cute recipe for you! This week for #SundayRecipeTime we are making “French Toast Minis”! It’s quick and cute for a good brunch 🥐🥖🧈.

Ingredients
* 3 Wheat buns (halved)
* 2 cups of Unsweetened Almondmilk
* 2tbsp of Vanilla Extract
* 1 tbsp of Egg Replacer (JustEgg featured)
* 1 tbsp of Vegan Buttery Spread
* Fresh Berries to compliment
Directions
1. Take your flat top skillet and turn to medium heat.
2. Melt your vegan spread.
3. As that’s heating up, whisk your unsweetened Almondmilk, vanilla extract, and JustEgg together.
4. Dip your buns in the mixture, then put on the flat top.
5. Allow to cook for 5 minutes on Medium heat. Turn up heat to high then cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for about 3 minutes on the other side.
6. Prep fresh berries, plate, and enjoy!
