Deviation Road
Renowned in Australia for quality sparkling wine, Deviation Road is a stunning winery in the Adelaide Hills and close to the beautiful “Mark Oliphant Conservation Park” (once known as “Loftia Recreation Park”, which is an important name to know for a better understanding of our new episode).
Many special conditions helped this winery to make its name, and here we can include the owners, Hamish and Kate, who, with a passion for winemaking, create cool climate wines from mature vineyards, following a French tradition, including finishing all the wine on-site!
