猪肘 930克 Pork hocks 930g
啤酒 120毫升 Beer 120ml
香叶 1片 1 Bay leaf
百里香 1根 1 Thyme sprig
蒜 3个 3 Garlic cloves
洋葱 1个 1 Onion
红萝卜 2个 2 Carrots
苹果 2个 2 Apples
鸡汤 300ml Clear chicken broth 300ml
黄油10克 Butter 10g
盐 1茶匙 Salt 1Tsp
黑胡椒 1/4茶匙 Black pepper 1/4Tsp
酱油 1/2茶匙 Soy sauce 1/2Tsp

玉米淀粉 2汤匙 Cornstarch 2 Tbsp
水 2汤匙 Water 2 Tbsp

可配土豆,米饭,意大利面一同吃。
Serve with potatoes, rice and pasta.
