Preheat the Oven at 350F/ 180C

I used an 11 inch apple tart but this will work for 10 inch or 9 inch as well

Measuring your ingredients by weight will provide much more accurate results in cooking. Please note that measuring 1 cup flour in grams can vary slightly by room temperature, quality of flour etc.

* * Ingredients * *
For the crust you will need:
– 125 g (9Tbsp) Cold butter
– 35 g (1/3 cup) almond flour
– 1/8 Tsp salt
– 220 g (1 3/4 Cup) All purpose flour
– 70 gr (1/3 Cup) confectioned sugar
– 1 Large egg

For the apple sauce you will need:
– 4 Apples
– 1 Tbsp. freshly squeeze lemon juice
– 3 Tbsp. Packed! light brown sugar
– 3 Tbsp. water
– 1 Tbsp. butter
– 1 tsp Ground cinnamon

For the Topping
– 4 Apples
– 3 Tbsp. honey
– 1 Tbsp. butter

Glaze:
– 2 Tbsp. Apricot preserve
– 1 Tbsp. water
