Today I’ve veganized a typical french recipe which is called “Tarte Bourguignonne”. It’s the perfect comfort food to eat during fall (but also all year long) to warm up your heart in front of a good movie!

– 250g of flour
– A pinch of salt
– 70ml of olive oil
– 100ml of water
F O R T H E B E C H A M E L :

– 1/2 cup of vegan butter
– 1 1/2 cup of flour
– 1 3/4 of soy milk
– Sal, pepper & nutmeg
– 1 onion
– Vegan ground meat
Bake 20-30 min in an oven preheated to 200°C (392F).
