Exploring The World are Exploring France by participating in a Paris Cooking Class! We were guided by the wonderful French cooking school expert Myriam-Claire in her apartment in Montmartre, with an amazing view on Sacré-Cœur and Paris. We cooked the most delicious starter, main course & dessert; then enjoyed tasting our efforts with a glass of wine & discussion with the other guests. We also visited a workshop in Saint-Germain-des-Prés where we created our very own “Paris-Brest” – One of the most known French pastries with a wheel-like shape; nibbed nuts & delicious caramelized hazelnut filling…
