With the appointment of Executive Chef David Thien, Corner House introduced a brand new menu that’s inspired by the chef’s experiences and memories.
Instead of being told the menu, you are presented with chapters authored by the chef before each dish. It’s French technique and flavours meets Asian ingredients and dishes in this “Omakase with stories”.
