we are looking at the difference between a champagne wine or a sparkling wine that will be called Brut or have Brut on its label and one that would have the name Demi-Sec on the label. What does it mean in terms of its taste? Well you have to know that both
wilt and let me say correspond to champagne and sparkling wines more generally sweetness levels so they are going to feel differently as far as the sweetness that it brings on the taste. o Brut is a dry style of
champagne or sparkling wine because it contains less than 12 grams per liter of sugar generally around 8 to 10 grams. Demi-Sec as opposed to a Brut contains between 32 and 50 grams per liter of sugar so at least three to four
times more sugar than Brut.
