4 culinary students visiting a 1 star Michelin restaurant felt more like a class than a meal – and I mean that in the best way possible. If I had to define this experience in one phrase, it’d be surprise and delight. The most memorable aspect was the phenomenal service where I felt like I was not only treated like a guest at a restaurant, but an audience to a beautiful and delicious show.
