This new 79% Ruby Cabernet, 11% Ruby Red and 10% Syrah blend of Broadmoore Estates Red Trails is very fruit-forward. This sweet red wine displays blueberry, blackberry, strawberry and raspberry aromas, as well as light notes of pepper and toasted oak toward the end. The star of the show is the sweetness, which bursts out of the glass and onto the palate. The attack, the mid-palate and the finish are rich with fruity characters. Hiding behind this wine’s sweetness is a fair amount of fruit tannin for structure.

This release of Broadmoore Estates White Trails takes us down a delicious path. Behind its dark golden color, the nose releases floral elements of rose, followed by fruity notes of passion fruit, pineapple, mango and nectarine. This sweet white blend of 60% French Colombard, 30% Thompson and 10% Muscat from California combines the flavors of three distinct varietals. The mouth is very round and opulent while retaining a refreshing, crisp acidity. The mouthfeel is sweet and unctuous with the presence of orange and pineapple flavors. This sweet wine has a medium length and clean lines.
