INGREDIENTS
Mushrooms – 200 gms
Onions – ½ cup
Garlic (grated) – 4 tsp
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Cooking vinegar – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 3 tsp
Salt – ¾ tsp
Butter – 3 tbsp
Oil – 2 tsp
PROCEDURE:
1. Heat butter in a sauce pan. Once butter melts, add oil to it and let it heat.
2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until it turns golden brown.
3. Add mushrooms (whole mushrooms – if small or chopped into halves – if mushrooms are larger). Saute for few minutes. Once mushroom cooks, it starts oozing water. Saute and let it cook until the water drains.
4. Add butter and allow it to melt. Give a mix.
5. Add vinegar, salt and let it cook for few minutes.
6. Add grated garlic, sauté for few minutes until raw smell leaves.
7. Add black pepper powder and sauté.
8. After few minutes, add tomato ketchup, sprinkle a handful of coriander leaves.
